My name is Karen and I have been making and decorating celebration cakes for over 30 years.  My food and catering background includes 2 years at college studying all aspects of catering and food management, hygiene, nutrition and science.

I decided to specialize in celebration cakes as I have always enjoyed the challenge of sugar artistry and the results that it gives, along with the uniqueness of each cake made. All of my cakes are handmade using only the finest ingredients, including free range eggs and locally sourced ingredients where possible.
