Cakes for Occasions Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Deposits

   In the case of all cakes a non refundable deposit of 50% of total cake price/delivery & set up charge and hire of stand or knife is required at time of ordering.

   A £30.00 refundable deposit is required for the hire of cake stands and £15.00 for cake knives.  Cake stands and knives should be returned within 3 days unless otherwise agreed.

3. 2. Payments

   Final balance payments for wedding cakes are due 2 weeks before collection or delivery.  All other payments are due at time of pick up.
   Payments may be made by:

   • Cash
   • Personal cheque, supported by and to the value of a valid cheque guarantee card
   • Building society cheque

4. 3. Alterations to orders

Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subjected to an additional charge.  Late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.

5. 4. Cancellation of orders

   In the event of cancellation, work already completed is chargeable.
